EMBEDDEDkits online orders are processed through PayPal’s, secure SSL server. Why did we select PayPal? Here are some of the reasons:

Online Orders:

At present, our online shopping cart can only process shipping and handling charges for orders shipped in the United States, 48-contiguous states. For United States (non-contiguous states), Canada or International orders, contact us via email  salesdept@embeddedkits.com to request a quote for shipping and handling charges.


International Orders:

International orders are welcomed, but must be prepaid with an international bank check or money order, payable through a U.S. bank in U.S. funds, or an International Wire Transfer. Please note, due to the high cost of accepting International Wire Transfers we charge an additional $25.00 (U.S. currency.)

SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGE, U.S. orders (48-contiguous states):

For fastest service, we ship UPS or Priority Mail (at our option), so be sure to give your complete home or business street address. We ship orders complete. However, if we must ship a partial order due to an out-of-stock situation, the shipment that completes the order is shipped freight free.

ILLINOIS SALES TAX

All orders shipped within Illinois will be charged 8.8% Sales Tax, unless you have a reseller's permit or tax exemption certificate. We must receive a copy of this document before you place your 1st order, or you will be charged sales tax!

90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY on FACTORY ASSEMBLED PRODUCTS

EMBEDDEDkits warrants factory assembled products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days. If you return a defective product within 90 days, EMBEDDEDkits (at our option) will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price accordingly. After 90 days, products can only be returned for repair. A minimum $15 (U.S. Currency) charge, which includes inspection, labor and repair applies for this service. Return shipping and handling charges are extra.

60-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY on KITS

EMBEDDEDkits warrants that the Kit you receive shall contain all the components specified in the parts list, and that all components shall be free from defects for a period of 60 days from the date you receive the Kit. If, during such warranty period, (i) EMBEDDEDkits is notified promptly upon the discovery of any defective component(s), including a detailed description of such defect; (ii) the component(s) in question may be returned to EMBEDDEDkits, accompanied with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number; and (iii) if EMBEDDEDkits examination of such component(s) reveals defects, not caused by accident, improper installation, misuse, alteration, repair, use, or construction contrary to any instructions issued by EMBEDDEDkits, EMBEDDEDkits shall repair or directly replace the defective component or replace it with a functionally equivalent component, at its sole option. EMBEDDEDkits shall return the repaired or replaced component(s) to the buyer free of charge, shipping prepaid.

Adding any components not listed in the assembly instructions, or making any modifications to the Kit will void the Warranty! 

RETURN POLICY for FACTORY ASSEMBLED PRODUCTS, KITS and SOFTWARE

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. However, because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of partially (or completely) assembled kits. We will accept returns of factory assembled boards, or in new-condition, unassembled kits within 15 days from the date you receive the Kit. A 15 days refund policy applies to purchased, but unlocked and/or unregistered software (unbundled or bundled with hardware). Cables and AC - adapters that are purchased unbundled (not part of a development system or board) are not refundable. Solder paste or solder paste applicators are not refundable. Software purchase is not refundable, once it is unlocked and/or registered. Before ordering software, we recommend that you download the full-featured demo version to determine if the software meets your requirements. The buyer is responsible for payment of shipping charges and a, 15% restocking fee. The returned product must be in a resalable new-condition, and must include all parts, manuals, and original packaging. If you decide to make a return, please contact our Customer Service Department via email to obtain an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number, or not meeting the above requirements will not be accepted!
